Hi mpack. The log is incomplete because the system crashes at this point.
Thanks for your suggestions - I will try them out. I need audio on some of the guests but not all so can disable it there.

It could also be that if you are giving all 4 cores to every machine. Try it with one core to each machine.

I'm not suggesting disabling audio as a permanent solution, the goal is simply to verify that it has an effect. Fixing the host audio driver would be the permanent solution, if the problem is audio related at all.

The sound drivers appear to be up to date. They are OEM'd (HP) IDT drivers and the HP site doesn't have anything newer.
Running the 4 machines using a single CPU each seems to be more stable so far. I will post back in a couple of days once I've run them for a bit longer.
