Virtual box newbie needs help with networking

I have virtual box installed on Snow Leopard OSX on Mac.

in my virtual box i have TinyXP (which is a pared down version of XP).

I basically just need this windows virtual box to be able to use the IE to bounce into other work related items that do not work with Safari or Chrome, however I cannot get the network to work on this particular instance.

In my network settings I have Bridged, Cable Connect is checked...however it still is not picking up the network from the Mac Host.

Any suggestions?

TinyXP is a hacked/cracked illegal distro of XP. We can't support that here. And anyway, since we don't know what's in it then we couldn't help if we wanted to.

Get yourself a legal XP license, then perhaps we can talk.
