Revit Architecture 2012

I thought I'd give VirtualBox a try because I found REVIT Architecture to run a little sluggish using Parallels, but unfortunately when I installed REVIT, a message popped up saying that the accelerating graphics drive didn't couldn't be recognised, and REVIT ran very sluggish

Any suggestions?

Remind me what the guest is again?
Are the guest additions installed and depending on the guest there are a few things that need to be selected to properly install the accelerated drivers.
