My VirtualBox Manager is all in German

Please how can I change it to French or even English
Everything else on my windows7 is in French

You can change the interface language in the preferences section of the VirtualBox main manager.

But what does preference section look like in German or icons

With the main manager open press Ctrl-G to open the preferences.
Language is the forth selectable region on the left side.
