Not able see and detect CD drive and USB on guest

Hi All -
I have installed Oracle Linux 32 bit on guest OS Ubuntu 64 bit. I am not able to detect CD drive and USB port. Let me know the settings which I need to do in order to see those two things.
My VB version is 4.1.16 and I have installed Extension Pack as well. I have attached vb log.
