Hi folks,
My apologise for my english, but I'm Brazilian! :)

I just see a situatuion with the software NetDrive 1.3.2.

I have this configuration:
Notebook Acer 5738 (Core 2 T6400/4GB)
Virtual Box 4.1.16 r78094
HOST: Windows Vista Business 64 bits SP2 (windows update enabled)
GUEST: Windows XP Professional SP3

I installed NetDrive in both systems (guest and host), and configured to start "when windows start".
The host started correct, just after Windows Vista.
But, when I started the guest system Windows XP, the Netdrive in guest show me the message "another instance of netdrive is running".

Well I am not sure what the question is but I see no indication that this is a VirtuaBox issue. Not being familiar with netdrive I can only speculate that it sees the one running on the host and when you start the guest it deems it not appropriate that you have two copies running on the same LAN. Perhaps you should contact netdrive for a solution.

Hi,
thanks for your opinion.
I did not thinked about using NetDrive in LAN, but I'm not sure if this is the reason.
I will send a message to netdrive support.
thanks.

I would agree with Perry. If you are using the default networking config (NAT), the guest will see the Netdrive running in the host. I would think that you only need to install it in both host and guest if you were running in bridged mode (although I don't really know how Netdrive works).
