got problem to run linux guest ... still hangs in a Guru Meditation -2708 (VERR_VMM_SET_JMP_ABORTED_RESUME)

From the looks of it there are other issues as well in your log suggesting that the Gentoo Package is not configured properly.
Since this is a Gentoo package you would need to contact them or install the generic Linux package from VirtualBox.org.

Got the same result with binary package from virtualbox site. Still Guru meditation status with the same number from log.

Then I have no idea. The only place I see this error indicated is in the ring0 code (VMMR0JmpA-amd64.asm). For this you would need to ask the DEVs. Post your issue at bugtracker

Which kernel are you running in Gentoo?
