exporting an appliance

I notice that the command line and the GUI have a slight difference. The GUI has a Description entry (shows up as an AnnotationSection XML field)

However, there doesn't seem to be an equivalent for the command line. Is this hidden for some reason?

Looks like the default is coming from the description field for the VM in the GUI. But I still can't find an equivalent command line.
