Yup same issue here, ridiculous. I made it a point to not update Virtualbox for awhile as every single time it never worked and I'd have to completely reinstall an earlier version and new Win7 install losing everything. Accidently hit download for 4.1.16 today and get the same msg..... VMMR0.r0 (VERR_NO_MEMORY. Think I'm just going to buy parallels or fusion, I've raved to so many people to use VB but sick of all the issues on updates that friends experienced as well.
EDIT - least I was able to downgrade back, last time something like this happened had to completely remove VB and reinstall with a fresh Win7 install as wouldn't start.

I advised that you post a ticket at
bugtracker. The DEVs are the only ones that can fix what-ever the issue is in this case. Did you post a ticket?

Please do not create duplicate bug reports. If there is already a ticket that matches the symptoms you're seeing, add to that ticket rather than creating a new one. Duplicate bug reports mean we have to waste more time on managing bug tickets. Time that we could have spent fixing actual bugs instead...
