WIn 8 release preview slow boot

I am playing with Win 8 in Virtualbox inside Ubuntu. Win 7 works fine in VB and boots in about 30 seconds. Win 8 is taking around 10-15 minutes. I have updated everything I can figure how to and installed guest additions, didn't change.
