Ubuntu Server 12.04 Guest - what is shared folder name?

Hi,

I've trawled through Google trying to find an answer that is probably staring me in the face.

I've installed the Guest Additions, no problems whatsoever. I have created a shared folder - the Documents folder on my iMac. I don't know how to "see" or access the shared folder from within the Ubuntu guest. Where can I find and list the files in my shared folder from inside my Ubuntu VM?
