Please can anyone assist with a problem I am having with virtualbox?
I am trying to get an old HP Scanner working on a virtual XP machine, because windows 7 has no drivers. Although, it seems because the virtualbox cannot get the virtual drivers on the host machine (win 7), it does not recognise it on the virtual xp machine.

I have tried a number of solutions found online and nothing seems to work.

Search this site using Google, using terms "USB and site:forums.virtualbox.org".

USB problems have been discussed many, many times. If you can't find anything that works in previous discussions then it likely can't work.
