I am running win 7 (guest) inside Ubuntu with VirtualBox. Win 7 sees the graphics card as "standard VGA graphics adapter" is that normal? I have Nvidia GTX 260 video car FWIW
Thanks,
Brad

That's what your host has. Your virtual PC has something else.brad1138 wrote:I have Nvidia GTX 260 video car FWIW

Thanks that worked. Although durring install, it asked about 3D and then said it couldn't install it beacuse Win 7 wasn't in safe mode. I booted into safe mode and clicked install guest addons again but nothing happens. Aero isn't working which I am guessing is because of this.
