I'm using a laptop and I don't always have a network connection. Thus I can't access to guest VM from the host are there any solution ?

We will need to know what guest you are running.
Try installing the guest additions.
Read the manual.

See "Host Only Networking" in the user manual. Remember that the VM can have a second NIC, e.g. setup to use NAT for internet access when available.
