I know I've been posting a lot, but everyone here has been really helpful! I *think* this is my last question for now!
So, in order to run the program that I've been having difficulty with, I installed Windows 98. It was a hassle, but now that it's in, it's running very well. Earlier, I had Windows 98 booted up with the program running and wanted to run Windows XP. I got an error that it couldn't mount the second drive, or something like that. After I shut Windows 98 down, everything worked fine. I thought that maybe you couldn't have two guest systems running at once, but I was able to simultaneously run Windows XP and Ubuntu. Is there anything I can do to run Windows 98 and Windows XP at the same time?
Thanks!
Running two guest systems simultaneously?

DOS oriented OS uses 100 % of CPU. Maybe you have not enough resources.
You can try to install a CPU cooler like RAIN in the WinDOS guest.

Re: Running two guest systems simultaneously?
Do you mean that there's not enough RAM for it? I have 4GB of RAM on the host system, 512MB for XP, and just 16MB for Windows 98. Do you have any advice to make them run together?

Okay, maybe I'll give that a shot. If I can't run them together, it's not a big deal. Thanks for the help!
