Changing VBox DHCP Configuration?

I'm looking to emulate PXE Booting by just changing the VirtualBox DHCP server's configuration to have a next-server and filename...

filename "pxelinux.0";
next-server 192.168.6.129;

specifically.

Is there a place I can modify this with VBox? I've tried

VBoxManage modifyvm "XenServer" --nattftpfile1 pxelinux.0

but didn't have much luck.
