Screen Resolution

Hi,
I have been using VirtualBox with Scale Mode on for a few days. Today, with VB open (running XP) I accidentally clicked the green light (maximize) button over the window. This made the VB guest system full-screen on my widescreen 27" iMac. Now, whenever I turn Scale Mode on, the "locked" aspect ratio is widescreen. How do I get it back to being square? When it's widescreen, it's stretched out and hard to use.
