How to open a Virtual Pc on existing W7 install

Hi Ladies & gentlemen
I need some help.
I had installed a W7 64 bits on a new Disk. But , some old programs are not running; So i Want to point a virtual MAchine on my old W7 32 bits Install, and in the future in a new Clean W7 32 bits Install .

I tried to use a command like :
"VBoxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk -filename L:/W7_64.vmdk -rawdisk \\.\PhysicalDrive1 -partitions 1"
but the error message I obtain is "cannot open the raw disk : \\.\PhysicalDrive1 : VERR_ACCESS_DENIED "

Have you an idea to solve this problem.
