I am running a VB xp-pro and a VB-win-7 on a Mac Mini 2.7 i7.
1. My new system has to be replaced by Apple in a few days and I was wondering where items that were not part of a shared folder would be stored if created within a VB.
2. Are items created within a VB backed up to a time machine?
thanks in advance...
I have the users manual but could find it in Chapt.5???

Re: Location of data files within VB
The OS in a vm runs just as it does on a physical machine. The only difference in file storage is that the "hard disk" is a virtual disk, which is a file in the host's file system. All files written by the OS will be in the vm's virtual hard drive. You will have a backup of these files if you have a backup of that virtual hard drive.
