Confused beginner gets error, have logs + pictures

Hi
My dell laptop runs Windows 7 (64bit) and I'm trying to use VirtualBox so I can run a Apple / Macintosh operating system, so I can use a Mac/iPhone/iPad application. I am a beginner at this, and do not even know the difference between Host & guest (I imagine in my case Windows 7 would be the host).
When trying to run an Apple OS in Virtualbox, these are the errors I received. I have uploaded a zip of the Vbox error log file & Vbox png to a zip attached in this message. A visual picture of what I'm experiencing can also be seen at

What can I do to successfully run an Apple OS on my Windows7 laptop?
I eagerly await any and all advice I can receive, as I'm hoping to use VirtualBox elsewhere as well. Thank you very much.
