For the router to ping the guest you will need to allow icmp echo in its firewall (or disable the firewall).

Hi,
I research about this problem for few month. Do not find the solution until today. So I know how boring it is. simply use another nic with nat only . so 2 network card can solve the problem. So I solve it today by this way one bridge and another nat.
