Enable USB controller DEACTIVATED

Post by LLC-mac »

I have just installed VirtualBox and Windows XP on my MacBook Pro (Mac OS X 10.7.3) and the USB are not recognized when using Windows.

As far as I know it would be possible to add USB devices through the VirtualBox Administrator but the option "Enable USB Controller" is deactivated so I cannot add any device.

Could anyone help me? I am far from being an expert on informatics, so an easy explanation would be welcome :)

Thanks Perry,

I have tried to install the extension pack from the link you provided on your post, but an ERROR message appeared (I have attached an image so you can see the error).

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Your attachment didn't work. Why not just tell me the error?
