vboxmanage bug (online snaoshot)

hi! everybody!
i think this is a bug!
there is my lab environment,
host os: win7 32bit
guest os：win7 32bit

if I use virtualbox manage to create a "online snapshot" and restore this "online snapshot", everything is ok;
if I use vboxmanage subcommand snapshot to create "online snapshot" and restore this "online snapshot" this is a bug;
first i poweron the VM win7,and usevboxmanage to create a oneline snapshot;

Known issue. Live snapshots are broken in VirtualBox 4.1.*. Add the --pause command line switch to the command line and it will work, that is
