Norman Malware Cleaner

this is my first time posting here, i am using virtual box for running test system in my company

i am currently testing norman malware cleaner with virtual box 3.2, but there is a problem, the scan is halted at
"Scanning system for active rootkit utility..." (see attached image)

but this problem isn't exist outside the VM

is there any solution ?

There may indeed be a solution, I suggest you contact the AV company to find out.
