windows 7 install on virtualbox is stoping

hello
i need help
so,that problem i run windows 7 setup in virtualbox and i wait two minutes than eror
the error log here
00:03:41.951 Changing the VM state from 'DESTROYING' to 'TERMINATED'.

anyway ideea?

You need to post the complete guests log file (as an attachment)

You need to post the entire log as a zipped attachment.

Before doing that you should check the "Memory Available" field yourself. Win7 needs plenty of memory - at least 1GB, and your host must have that amount free. 64bit guests also require VT-x.
