Windows 8 and 2008 both fail to unpack

While installing Windows Server 2008 Web Server and Windows 8, VB gets to a certain point in the install and just sits there. With the Web server it will get to 96%, and sits there, the OS is still responsive as I can cancel the installation and it ask if I am sure I would like to cancel the installation.
I have successfully installed Server 2008 R2, Windows 7, XP and Ubuntu with VB but have ran into an issue with these two.
I was using the latest 4.1.12 v so I rolled back a couple of revisions to 4.1.8 v to see if that was the case. Same issue
For Settings of the Web server I have given it 2 processors and 6 gigs of ram of my Avail 16 gigs, and enabled PAE/NX.
Any help would be very greatly appreciated
