Win7 Aero in VirtualBox

it it possible to get Aero effects in a Windows7 Guest in VirtualBox... enabling Direct3d and installing the Direct3d in the guest additions did not work!!! all I was able to do with that is get the Guest Screensavers to work... is it possible???

Yes, its possible.

VBOX version? Host VGA Card? WDDM driver in guest installed?
