Accessing Guest Folder from Host OS

Hello:

I have a Windows XP host and a Windows Server 2008 R2 guest.

I want to access a folder on the Server 2008 guest from XP. (I know how to go the other way but not this direction.)

Just the same way as you would if they were separate physical machines. Put them in the same network and use network file sharing.
