Windows 7 Profesional in Mac OSX 10.7.x

hello
I have installed windows 7 on VirtualBox 4.1.12 on a mac osx computer 10.7.xy constantly happening to me I close the virtual machine and it only shows me the message "Changing the VM state from 'destroying' to 'TERMINATED'." and nothing else.
Virtualbox logs attached for reference.

Your host RAM size is marginal I think. You only have 4GB to start with, only 1.6GB available, all of which you assign to the VM. That doesn't leave much headroom on the host for incidentals. IMHO you don't have enough for a Win7 64bit guest. An XP 32bit guest would be happy to run in 512MB.

Aside from the memory issue, weird things can happen when sharing and mapping the root of the host to the guest.
