And this shut downs my windows server2008 machine with meditation mode. Find attached log files for reference.

I see a number of problems in the log. First, the error is "VMX in root mode" which means that VT-x is enabled for this guest, but is not available because some other application is already using it. That will need to be fixed.

Second, the VM is using almost all of the available host memory - that is a recipe for additional problems down the road. You need to free up host memory or reduce the VMs requirement.
