Hi,
I have installed VB on my Mac Book Pro and Windows 7 as guest. When I try to launch Windows 7 (from iso file) appear this message:
"Windows failed to started.........(see file attached .png)"
Supporting data:
OS: Mac OS X 10.5.8
Model Name: MacBook Pro
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo (64bit)
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Memory: 2 GB (of which 1,35 GB free)
The version of VirtualBox is 4.1.10 for OS X hosts
I tried to uninstalling and reinstalling the program but without success.
Could someone help me?

You need to run your host in 64-bit mode. Try holding the 6 & 4 keys down when you boot the host.
If that works then search for the proper way to make it permanent.

I solved my problem by selecting the version of windows 7 64bit during the installation of O.S. into VM instead of the std proposal.
