shared folder problem

Hello,

I am having a hard time figuring out how to make a shared folder.
I have a mac snow leopard host and windows xp guest.
I have made a folder on the desktop of my host called "share".
I have went into the settings of my guest in the virtual box and
under shared folders, added the folder called "share".
In my guest I have gone to "My Network Places" and then
"Entire Network", and according to everything I have read
under "Entire Network" I should see an option that is called
Virtual Box or something similar....

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong??
