Host: Linux + binary nvidia drivers
Guest: Windows 7

How to reproduce:
switch to standard old-school non-aero layout, install/start freecell, move a terminal windows (on the host, running in parallel to virtualbox) over the guests screen and observe how to contents of the freecell-window are not redrawn.

As soon as the guest mouse begins to move over the freecell windows again, freecell starts drawing again and content reappears.

Another way of getting screen corruption is to move the freecell window around inside the guest. Probably not related.
