I was able to run Ubuntu on VirtualBox on my XP 32 bit system. But I recently upgraded to Windows 7 64bit and now I can't run Ubuntu on VirtualBox because it states my system can not support virtualization. What happened???
Please help and thank you!

Upgraded how? New hardware or only install a new OS?
Which hardware do you have?
Which VBOX version?
Have you checked VT is enabled in hosts bios?
Ubuntu 32 or 64 bit guest?
