Is it possible with VirtualBox to use the graphical driver of my PC like NVIDIA Quadro 2000 ?

I'm afraid not. Virtual Machines don't use real hardware, especially hardware that your host is already using.

Wich driver would be optimal for Virtual Box ?
Is it possible to accelerate the virtual software graphic card ?

Read the user manual about installing Guest Additions, and also "3D acceleration". Windows guests can also use 2D acceleration (basically: video overlays).
