cannot access file from host

i got some problem here, when i moved/copy a file from windows xp guest to windows xp host shared folder, i can't access the file from host system, its popup with error cannot open [file name]

FYI
Guest OS : Windows XP SP3
Host OS : Windows XP SP3
shared folder option : automount and full access

antivirus software installed on my guest : bit defender internet security 2012

antivirus software on host os : symantec end point protection

both using windows firewall
