Guest audio enabled interferes with host audio

Hi. This is not a big concern for me, just thought I'd share a problem I noticed. System details:
Hardware: Lenovo W520, 4270CTO
Host: Windows 7 x64, SP1
Guest: Windows XP, SP3, Audio Enabled (Windows DrectSound, ICHAC97)
VBox: 4.1.10
When I have this guest system running with audio enabled, I find my host OS audio is degraded. For example, if I'm playing music in my host OS, and the volume level of the song is low (i.e. fade in/out), it sounds like the audio toggles between mono/stereo with periodic static bouts. After disabling audio on the guest OS, all is good.
Thanks to all those who have contributed to VirtualBox! It's a great product!
