virtio adpater internet connection

I've installed windows 7 x on windows 7 x64 host. And I chose virtio adapter and gave this 192.168.0.10 ip address at host router.

It's hard to make a helpful comment when you have not said what the problem is. All you've provided is a couple of small, hard to read pictures without caption or explanation.

Did you install VirtIO-net drivers in the guest?

Or are you referring to the "unidentified network" issue? If so then you may want to read this thread.

I have installed VirtIO-net drivers in the guest, but there is a "unidentified network" problem at guest os.

About the linked thread I think it's another issue.
