How to recover or reset the password
I have Windows XP installed on my Mac through VirtualBox and I have forgotten the password for Windows XP. How can I recover the password or reset the password on XP ?

You would ask MS support. It is not a VirtualBox issue.

I think the best way to reset Windows password is to use the Windows password reset disk, you won’t lose any data in this way. So I do suggest you to burn a Windows password reset disk if you lost Windows passwords. Super Windows Password Reset!
