I can't use a nokia phone with windows xp throw virtualbox

Hello,
I try to connect a nokia phone to virtualbox windows xp. My host os is mac os 10.7.3 but I have this message when I chosee Devices, usb devices, nokia c6-01 [0100], I get this error message.
I don't know the mount pint for my mobile phone and the /dev/ file.
I don't know If there's a devices manager on mac os 10.7,3.
Can you help me please ?
