My problem: can more than one user to access some application data in the same VBox machine (running Windows XP Professional) on Windows Server 2008 R2 trough remote connections?
Practically, my application is not compatible with 2008 R2 Server, but till i update it, must find a solution to run it and share data in a virtual machine.

Depends on how they connect. As a shared folder/file, sure.

Users are connected to the server trough individual remote connection with limited rights, don't know if I will instal the machine as admin and the application in it, with shared data - practically users could run the application in the same virtual machine and access data ?

Well you said to access application "data". This can be done as a normal network share.
