Hello,
I installed the last VirtualBox version on my windows 7 client. Now I think the performance isn't so great so I will move some VMs to a new hard drive. I try it to copy the vhd files to the new hard drive but I see that the snapshots will be created on the old hard drive. What can I do to move the VMs to the new hard drive with all snapshots and so on?
Thank you for your help.

Re: Move VMs to new hard drive
From your description, I believe you are using VMs created by VirtualBox v4.x, in which case the following procedure applies.
1. First make sure everything is back the way it was before you began messing.
2. Shut down VirtualBox and copy the entire VM folder to the other drive.
3. Start VirtualBox, and "Remove" the old VM, allow it to delete the old physical files.
4. Select "Machine|Add" to add the copied VM in, from its new location.
