Cannot open ANY VM (VERR_NO_MEMORY)

I cannot open ANY of my VMs!!! I get the following error every time!!!

How much available (free) memory do you have?

3GB Ram --- no programs open...

So you have 3GB of free memory or is that the total memory.
Try to start a guest and the post the log file for that guest (as an attachment)

What was installed on the host since this worked and now?

it didn't work!!! it errored out still!!! but Windows XP (unsure what XP version) is the host...

OK. Still waiting for my question to be answered. Unless you are telling me now that no guest ever worked I need to know what has changed. And for the love of God loose all the !!! It does not help to voice your frustration all the time. We get it.

I need to know what was installed on the host since this worked. What program/s. I get the host is Windows XP.

If this worked before and not now the reason must be something that was installed that is causing a conflict or a virus.

Nothing was installed... it worked last night before bed... wake up in the morning, doesn't work!!

I would scan the host for a virus then.

I just shut down my computer and there is like 32 updates Microsoft is installing during shut down... would THAT have anything to do with this???

Maybe. Only way to find out is to see when it reboots. Like I said what changed. This would be a change.
