OSX 10.7.3, VBox 4.1.8, 2 Win guests; localhost crash

I'd been successful for a couple of days having two Windows guest VMs open at the same time since OSX 10.7.3 came out.

Today I had an unfamiliar crash -- gray screen in the VirtualBox window that could only be expanded (no close or minimize button); the little icon in the Doc though was showing the expected changes and the VBoxManager menus worked, so using that I was able to eventually get one VM to power off, watch the little icon go through the color changes as Windows exited. The other had gone away. I was left with one VM shut down properly and the other aborted.
Crash report attached.

Haven't had this happen again, and I've several times been able to run two Windows guest VMs briefly without crashing one on shutdown. Starting to try it more often.

Installed just now the 10.7.3 Combo Update, as I've had other odd stuff happening since a few days ago when a firmware update for the Mini came out: had to reset the SMU twice before the Mac could see USB external drives; fan was running full on and temperature sensors missing, then after two days and four hours powered off and uplugged, the fan behaves and sensors showed up properly). And other apps were crashing.

So something was weird. Dunno if the Combo Update will help, but trying that now.

Three more crashes one after another the same day; posting in case the log files are of interest to anyone.

What version of Windows are you running in the guests that crash? Do you have 2D Video Acceleration or 3D Acceleration enabled? Can you provide a VirtualBox log of one of the guests that crashed (it would be best if it was a log right after the crash)?

Most all your logs seem to indicate an invalid address access by CoreGraphics at the time of the crash, which makes me suspect a bug in the VirtualBox video driver.

Windows 7 Pro, X86 or X64; also XP.
Neither 2D nor 3D acceleration is selected.
Four more VM crash reports with today's date attached and three log files, in zip form
