I've looked around hearing there's been success with installing 3dsmax 2012 on windows guest on a mac host. But I'm having no luck.
I've installed the 3d guest additions in safe mode (not the experimental), enabled 3d accelerator (not 2d), 2048 mb base memory, and 64vram. and i'm using version 4.1.8 of vbox.
