VB 4.1.8 crashes on start after applying latest update

help !
VB crashes on host running Mac OS X 10.6.8 (10K549) after latest security update from Apple ....
i've reinstalled VirtualBox-4.1.8-75467-OSX, but it did not solve the problem.
