calculator keyboard not recognised

Post by Fondu »

I use a Mac OS X 10.7.2, but under Windows XP the calculator part of the Mac keyboard does not work. I use VM VirtualBox Manager 4.1.8 since yesterday, though I don't know which Vbox version (OSE of PUEL) that is. Thank you for any help, Apple couldn't solve the problem.

I think you mean the numeric section of your keyboard, located on the right. The problem might be that instead of sending numbers, it's sending the alternative function of the arrow keys and home/end/pgup/pgdown. If you have a numlock key, usually located above the 7, press it and try again. You may need to change a bit on your Host side keyboard settings, similar to getting the F# keys to work instead of getting multimedia functions.
