all my VMs seems to get into like suspended animation!!! it will freeze up for 5 minutes at a time!!! and it isn't the usual computer program freezing, it is like if all my VMs keep going into suspended animation for 5 minutes and then comes out of it and it is usable then it will go back in!!!! it is taking 15+ minutes to boot up VMs because of this!!! and it co ntinues to do this through trying to use them!!! it doesn't matter if it is a Windows or a Linux Guest... it keeps doing this!!!
