? -> R is not what I want to refresh my VB

I Have a mac host for a ubuntu VM. when Inside the VM I must use 'control' instead of 'command' to do things like paste and copy and refresh a web page.
BUT!
to often my brain just forgets all of this and hits (command -> R) ? -> R to refresh a web page, causing a forced reboot.
please, how can I changed the key bindings in virtual box to use something different for reboot?
