Re: Can't set the INPUT to: Right Ctrl + Right Alt
What do you get in the input field instead? When I try it on my Linux machine, I get Alt Gr + Right Ctrl.

Re: Can't set the INPUT to: Right Ctrl + Right Alt
On Windows, it says "Right Ctrl + Alt Gr" if I press and hold right control and press Alt Gr next, but it gets reset to none as soon as both keys are released. Holding Alt Gr and pressing right control gives "Ctrl + Right Ctrl + Alt Gr", which sticks. Pressing just Alt Gr gives "Ctrl + Alt Gr".Sasquatch wrote:What do you get in the input field instead? (Alt Gr on Windows somehow acts similar to alt + control, at least you can use that combination to input the exact same characters that you'd otherwise press Alt Gr for...)

You might want to post a ticket at bugtracker if this is really important to you.
The DEVs read here but they can't read everything.

Re: Can't set the INPUT to: Right Ctrl + Right Alt
Complain to Microsoft about that. Really, this is a deficiency of Windows.Leak wrote:On Windows, it says "Right Ctrl + Alt Gr" if I press and hold right control and press Alt Gr next, but it gets reset to none as soon as both keys are released. No, AltGr doesn't behave similar to (Left) Ctrl + (Right) Alt. It behaves exactly like that. If you know how to distinguish fake Ctrl key messages generated by AltGr from real ones, please let us know.(Alt Gr on Windows somehow acts similar to alt + control, at least you can use that combination to input the exact same characters that you'd otherwise press Alt Gr for...)

Re: Can't set the INPUT to: Right Ctrl + Right Alt
Solved by SharpKeys Software.
Re: Can't set the INPUT to: Right Ctrl + Right Alt
I needed right "Ctrl" + "Enter". Tried SharpKeys but ended up remapping the "Scroll Lock" key to be the VBox Host key.
That fixed my problem.
It is under File, Preferences, Input, Host Key.
